Frank J. Schäpel is an artist and UFO researcher based in Berlin.
In 2002 he finished his studies at the University of the Arts Berlin in the class of Baselitz.
Since then he worked with scientists in projects regarding anatomy, astronomy and severe anomalies.
He is a member of IGAAP (Interdisciplinary Group for the Analysis of Anomalous Phenomena).
Schäpel’s work consists of painting – in combination with multimedial approach.
It has been displayed in the Pratt Institute New York, the University Art Museum Tokyo, the Museo de Arte Contemporanea in Fortaleza, the Berlin Museum of Medical History and elsewhere.
